Guizhou Xinglong Carbon Co., Ltd. was established in 2013 and is a key enterprise in the Guizhou Cengong Economic Development Zone, located in the Carbon-Based Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park. The company focuses on the research, development, and production of high-performance carbon-based materials, such as carbon fiber closed paste, cold-formed carbon materials, carbon/carbon composite materials, carbon/ceramic composite materials, and fine-structured graphite products.

The company has established long-term cooperative relationships with several universities and research institutions, including Hunan University and Central South University, enhancing its research and development capabilities. In 2021, the company established the Carbon-Based Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park and set up the Guizhou Xinglong Carbon-Based Materials Testing Center (Research Institute) to improve its technical research and product testing capabilities, striving to become an important player in the carbon-based materials industry.
